Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer

TD Staffing is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer, on behalf of one of our clients a successful Romanian software house with over 20 years of expertise, dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of healthcare, manufacturing, fintech, and other industries.

We seek a tech-savvy individual, adept at collaborating with fellow engineers to craft and deliver top-notch products primed for scalable success. Initially, you'll focus on fintech (PrimeDash) and healthcare (Transparent Health) projects.

Position Overview:

Your primary focus will be on developing and deploying cutting-edge DevOps solutions for startup ventures, particularly in fintech and healthcare projects. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and enhance existing DevOps infrastructure, ensuring end-to-end solution integrity and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you'll engage closely with partners and clients, analyze technical metrics, and drive efficiency through optimization opportunities.Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy cutting-edge DevOps solutions for our startup ventures, aligning with roadmap priorities.Enhance and maintain existing DevOps infrastructure in line with agreed-upon plans.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end solution integrity and adherence to SDLC best practices.Provide accurate estimates and deliver solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.Engage closely with partners and clients to deliver against defined objectives and scope.Analyze technical metrics to identify optimization opportunities and drive efficiency.Competencies & Skills:
3+ years of solid DevOps experience at the mid/senior level.Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and infrastructure architectures.Proficiency in AWS Cloud and Kubernetes, with strong Terraform skills.Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps monitoring tools.Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is advantageous.Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively within a startup environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a willingness to mentor and develop others.What You Get:
