Role Description:

We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience in with TypeScript to join our team responsible for building integrated solutions for Microsoft Office users.

Our Microsoft Office add-in gives Refinitiv Workspace users an unmatched financial data and intuitive UIs to make smart decisions in daily business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code based on requirements
• Develop software using disciplined software development principles and lead and mentor the team on the same
• Build unit tests and integration tests to ensure software meets requirements
• Reuse existing systems that drive complex applications
• Ensures responsiveness for applications and services
• Identify and resolve performance and stability issues
• Handle individual project priorities, and work
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX team, and Software Engineers to deliver an outstanding product
• Work closely with the Quality Engineering team to ensure the high quality of the work you're doing
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages

Requirements:

• 3+ years proven experience in TypeScript and
• Solid technical background with understanding of programming styles, frameworks, design patterns and unit testing
• Strong experience in CI/CD, unit testing frameworks, automation (testing/deployment)
• Experienced with Agile methodologies, Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details

Desired Skills:

• Experience in using and Office APIs
• Familiar with C++
• Familiar with RESTful interfaces
