Ce responsabilitati vei avea :

  • Colectarea datelor din baze de date SQL specific  activitatilor de daune, folosind platforme dedicate si interogari complexe;
  • Prelucrarea datelor cu ajutorul Power BI, Excel (avansat);
  • Analize ale tendintelor in daune;
  • Segmentarea datelor pe tipuri de daune;
  • Crearea de rapoarte periodice pentru management;
  • Calculul si monitorizarea indicatorilor de performanta (KPI) relevanti pentru activitatea de daune;
  • Asigurarea calitatii datelor;
  • Participare la proiecte de transformare digitala ;
  • Colaborare cu echipele de daune, actuariat, reporting IT, tehnic.

Ce asteptari avem de la tine :

  • Studii universitare, competente in analiza de date;
  • Experienta de minim 3 ani in analiza de date, de preferat in domeniul asigurarilor;
  • Cunostinte solide Excel, SQL, Power BI;
  • Abilitati/ calitati personale – seriozitate, corectitudine, integritate, spirit de observatie, spirit analitic, proactivitate, lucru eficient in echipe, spirit inovativ;
  • Abilitati de comunicare foarte bune;
  • Limba engleza- nivel mediu;
  • Adaptare la tehnologii bazate pe inteligenta artificiala (AI).
