Role

We are looking for a Junior Solutions Engineer with good coding skills and a keen interest in translation and localisation technologies. You will be directly involved in developing integrations, automating workflows, building web applications/portals, and maintaining AI/LLM-based localisation pipelines.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is comfortable writing code, eager to deepen their knowledge of APIs and localisation technologies, and excited to solve technical challenges in a fast-paced, global environment. Competences & Values

·      Knowledge and understanding of the main concepts and workflows of the translation/localisation field

·      Develop web apps and portals (e.g., dashboards, submission portals, workflow tools) that support internal teams and clients.

·      Design, build, and maintain API integrations between client systems, translation management systems, CAT tools, and third-party platforms.

·      Write scripts and automation tools to streamline a variety of localisation-related workflows.

·      Support and maintain LLM-based workflows (e.g., AI-driven translation quality checks, content generation, post-editing).

·      Collaborate with localisation engineers to automate the processing and transformation of a variety of file formats (JSON, XML, YAML, XLIFF, etc.).

·      Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with APIs, file formats, or LLM-based pipelines.

·      Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and developer resources.

·      Ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight deadlines. Managing tasks and collaboration with flexibility and urgency across a global team.

·      Good organization, prioritization, and time management skills.

·      Excellent interpersonal skills in a culturally diverse environment.

·      Flexibility and ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.

Education & Experience

·    Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).

·    ~1+ years of experience in the localisation/translation industry (internship or full-time role).

·    Good programming skills (C#, Java, Python, etc.).

·    Experience creating dashboards, portals, or internal web tools (front-end and back-end).

·    Familiarity with building and maintaining REST APIs integrations.

·    Understanding of localisation file formats (XLIFF, PO, TMX, etc.).

·    Basic knowledge of TMS/TBMS platforms (Phrase, Plunet, memoQ, Crowdin, Trados).

·    Strong problem-solving, debugging, and attention to detail.

Preferred (nice to have):

·    Exposure to LLM/AI workflows for translation, quality evaluation, or automation.

·    Experience building dashboards or portals

·    Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab and agile practices.

Role Responsibilities

·      Scope, design, develop and implement custom solutions to streamline internal processes and workflows

·      Develop web applications and connectors

·      Set up and maintain API integrations with third-party tools and customers systems

·      Maintain AI/LLM-based localisation pipelines

·      Write technical and user documentation.
