Duties

  • Standard software development

  • Develop and implement HMI operating concepts

  • Commission and test new developments

  • Implement safety measures

  • Compile description of operations

  • Project software coding and testing

  • Support field employees

  • Organise and realise customer training

  • Customer care via remote maintenance

  • Performing worldwide commissioning (approx. 4–6 weeks per year)

Qualifications

  • Engineer electrical engineering / electronic engineering /computer scientist

  • Good PLC-programming skills

-The employee must master at least one of the following program combinations: o Siemens S7, WinCC o Rockwell Studio 5000, FactoryTalk

  • Knowledge of Python is an advantage

  • Knowledge on functional safety

  • Knowledge on peripheral systems

  • Knowledge on bus systems

  • Knowledge on sensor technology and actuating elements

  • Very good English skills (written and spoken)
