Ideal Candidate
:

  • +2 years of experience in finance controlling
  • Experience within the international business environment
  • Experience in the service industries
  • Previous business finance experience is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with integrated real-time reporting tools
  • Structured, logical thinking, good organization skills
  • Accuracy with calculations
  • Eye for detail
  • Efficient in stressful situations, ability to manage priorities
  • Finance Oracle ERP will be a plus

Main responsibilities
:

As a Finance Manager, you will coordinate:

  • Financial and business indicators and reporting to the Ipsos Group
  • The registration of financial-accounting documents in the mandatory journals of the company, in accordance with the law
  • The monthly verification balance and the annual balance
  • The financial accounting activity
  • The closing process of the month (regularizations, revaluation of AP and AR)
  • The preparation of the monthly statement of income and expenses
  • The preparation of the weekly lists of payments (payments to suppliers, employees, etc.)

As a Finance Manager, you will prepare and report to the Ipsos Group:

  • Cash balance reports
  • Profit and loss reports and balance checking
  • Business and Financial management reports – monthly, quarterly, (bi)annually
  • Reporting the balance sheet, profit and loss account, related accounting notes
  • Quaterly Business Report
  • Financial Business Report
  • Annualy Budget construction
  • Best Estimates (Budget updates)
