We're looking for an experienced Senior Front-end Engineer
with a strong focus on

to join our core platform team.
You'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling the user interfaces for our innovative lending platform, translating complex financial workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive, responsive, and performant user experiences.

• Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query) for complex applications.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across various devices.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for front-end applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to front-end best practices and documentation.
• Play a key role in the design process and take the lead in developing all aspects of our product's user interfaces.
• Enhance architectural integrity and coding standards across all front-end implementations, contributing to the overall quality and maintainability of our software.
• Embrace a hands-on approach, effectively addressing current business needs while building scalable solutions for the future.
• Identify and address performance, security, and usability concerns, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction.
• Develop the product in alignment with rigorous architectural and technological standards, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and long-term success.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring the robustness and stability of our applications.
• Drive the enhancement of existing systems, expanding their functionality and optimizing their performance for an exceptional user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 1 year in senior/lead roles.
• Expert proficiency in
  
  , TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and SCSS.
• Deep understanding of modern front-end architectures, component-driven development, and state management patterns.
• Hands-on experience consuming and integrating with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows.
• Proven track record building complex, user-facing applications, preferably in FinTech or a data-intensive domain.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar.
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Solid understanding of accessibility (A11y) best practices.

• Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, enabling you to manage and optimize complex deployment environments.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and SCSS, empowering you to create visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration with global stakeholders.
