Your main responsibilities:

  • Creating or evaluating structured film recordings and work instructions
  • creating and following up (optimising processes if necessary
  • Transferring results into SAP work plans) of MTM analyses
  • Production process/equipment planning and optimization

Therefore, a successful candidate would have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Language Fluency: Excellent command of the German language
  • Certification or formal training in MTM (MTM-1, MTM-UAS, or equivalent) is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP (especially modules related to production planning and operations)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in time study tools and techniques.
