Software Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Configuration Tools) to join our Randstad Digital Romanian Team in a new challenging project in Bucharest - hybrid working model (2-3 days/week at the office - Bucharest).

Responsibilities

• Work on development of large and complex software projects
• Work in a multinational team spread across the globe
• Understand the Automotive market and how software products we develop are going to transform it
• Understand the software development processes and help the team define and align to them
• Interact with intern and external customers to help align the development charter to read needs

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Relevant OOP experience, in one of the following languages: Java, Python
• Embedded – C programming experience and in general good knowledge of embedded systems
• Proficient with at least one scripting language
• Proven record of working in complex software projects
• Good collaboration skills and working in teams
• Fluency in English written and spoken

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Eclipse plugins development
• Tech lead experience for various projects
• Knowledge of various quality standards applied for SW development
• Experience with audits for SW projects
• Presentation skills
