About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Odoo Developer
to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and customization of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Odoo, Python, and PostgreSQL, along with a solid understanding of business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable ERP solutions that improve efficiency and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules.
  • Customize Odoo core modules to meet business needs.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
  • Perform upgrades and migrations across Odoo versions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of Odoo applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training for Odoo users.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (at least [X] years).
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python

    PostgreSQL

  • Experience with Odoo framework, XML, QWeb, and Odoo ORM.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Linux environments and Git version control.
  • Understanding of ERP business processes (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing).
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
