Linux L3 Engineer (Cybersecurity & IT Infrastructure Team)

What you'll have to do:

  • Collaborate closely with internal software and DevOps teams across all business units
  • Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot various services, focusing on SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
  • Maintain and develop configuration management recipes
  • Design and architect robust database solutions to meet business requirements
  • Implement physical machines and manage containerized environments
  • Optimize operating systems for database servers
  • Oversee patch management processes
  • Improve and maintain backup and restore strategies
  • Develop and maintain internal procedures and documentation.

What makes you a good fit:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration
  • Extensive experience in installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
  • Skills in optimizing operating systems for database servers
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
  • Basic knowledge and experience with network protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to participate in on-call rotation for incident response outside of working hours
  • Good written and spoken English skills.

  • Intermediate programming or scripting knowledge in any language.
