RESPONSABILITĂŢI SPECIFICE

Material Master Data

Creaza coduri de material pentru toate material types (FG: Fiori; SF/PM/RM/AI: SAP CEP) in conformitate cu procesele existente (ex: lansari, transferuri, switch, 3rd party); Mentine view-urile specifice Master Data in SAP si se asigura ca materialele au workflowul inchis in SAP; Monitorizeaza statusul materialelor create: tine tracking pe setari, comunica cu departamentele implicate si se asigura ca dupa ce toate setarile sunt corecte si finalizate, materialul este released si dpdv Master Data poate fi folosit; Genereaza ECR-uri pentru modificarea campurilor relevante GMP; Lunar, realizeaza un cleaning pentru setarile de material master data (setari lipsa, incorecte); De minim doua ori pe an realizeaza cleaning de master data pentru materialele inactive cu deletion flag; Extinde si mentine toate codurile de materiale FG de import, ce sunt dedicate doar release-ului in Bucuresti ; Tine legatuea direct cu toate departamentele implicate pentru solutionarea eventualelor erori din diferitele procese;

Material Master Data pentru procesul de serializare

Mentine toate setarile necesare serializarii in SAP; Monitorizeaza modificarile de GTIN si de GMID; Monitorizeaza uploadul de Master Data in Tracelink; Pregateste fisierul de master data impreuna cu departamentul local de IT si il trimite la echipa centrala din Praga pentru a fi incarcat in Tracelink (proces valabil pentru clientii 3rd party); Lunar, face update la fisierul de serializare conform planului de productie ;

Master Data - VISTA updates

Saptamanal exporta Global Folders din Vista si zilnic monitorizeaza noile foldere create in VISTA, creand legatura dintre PM si Global Folder; Monitorizeaza transferul FG din CEP in VISTA si tine permanent legatura cu echipa de AW si MD Central Team in caz de erori;

Master data - Bill of Material and Bill of Routing

Creaza BOM si BOR pentru FG si SF: Aliniaza implementarea noilor BOMuri create din motiv de modificari de AW pentru packaging cu master planners, in conformitate cu planul de productie si data implementarii schimbarii; Creaza BOM&BOR in acord cu cerintele master plannerilor pentru necesitatea schimbarii work-centerului de productie sau in acord cu cerintele altor departamente (productie, PTT daca este cazul); Genereaza lunar un raport cu statusul aprobarii retetelor pentru cel putin 2 luni si il distribuie clientilor interni; Face cleanning ori de cate ori este necesar pe valabilitatea retetelor impreuna cu master plannerul;
