As an
IAM Solution Manager
, you will be part of a skilled and motivated global IAM team, responsible for designing and managing enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture. You will play a key role in building secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions by leading high-level designs, creating prototypes, and supporting ongoing IAM service improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and manage IAM architecture including authentication and authorization frameworks.
  • Implement IAM technologies and enforce standards to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IAM requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.
  • Lead IAM system integrations across applications and infrastructure.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IAM processes, tools, and policies.
  • Contribute to IAM governance, participate in strategic discussions, and support best practice adoption.
  • Mentor team members and provide ongoing support in IAM-related topics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM with a focus on architecture and system design.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and directory services.
  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies.
  • Skilled in reviewing technical designs and ensuring alignment with security and performance requirements.
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes (ITIL: Incident, Change, Problem, Release).
  • Experience with Novell eDirectory, NetIQ Identity Manager, SUSE Linux, and Windows Server is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
