Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in the Timisoara Metropolitan Area. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, managing clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring high levels of communication and hospitality throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Clerical Skills and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
