Job Description
As a Principal Engineer for Analog Mixed Signal Design, you will be responsible for leading the development of IC designs for sophisticated mixed signal integrated circuits for memory applications.

In your new role you will:

  • Lead the design of complex analog/mixed signal building blocks
  • Oversee planning and effort estimation, and monitor the progress of the designs
  • Run design reviews for verification of analog circuits and make sure that the methodology is followed, and quality is high
  • Lead the development of memory arrays and related circuitry such as X-decoders, Y-decoders
  • Lead the development of memory supporting complex analog and custom blocks such as charge pumps, regulators, sense-amplifiers, bandgap, temperature detectors and more
  • Communicate with other functions, e.g. circuit layout, concept engineering, post silicon verification, product qualification, to meet time to market
  • Resolve issues and consult on complex problems
  • Mentor younger analog design engineers

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • BSc degree in Electronics Engineering or similar or equivalent degree. MSc or PhD is considered as an advantage
  • At least 9 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
  • At least 3 years of leadership role, managing teams of analog designers
  • Very strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
  • Truly excellent understanding of CMOS semiconductor devices. Knowledge of memories operation is an advantage
  • Very strong understanding of integrated circuits functionality and design techniques
  • Excellent knowledge about measurement and verification of electronic circuits
  • Previous experience in automotive area as a plus
  • High fluency in English
