About the Role

As a
Transport Coordinator
, you will be a key member of our logistics team, ensuring the smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments across our supply chain. Your main mission will be to manage communication with our forwarders, release transport orders, monitor ongoing shipments, and ensure optimal slot and capacity utilization for loading and unloading activities. You will also support transport cost accuracy by auditing invoices through our internal system and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Experience in transport coordination, logistics, or freight forwarding (minimum 2 years preferred);
• Good understanding of international transport processes and documentation;
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to work with digital tools and transport management systems (experience with SAP or similar tools is an advantage);
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• Proactive mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and release transport orders for inbound and outbound shipments according to supply planning for inbound shipments and customer requirements for outbound shipments;
• Act as the main point of contact for transport partners, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of any issues;
• Communicate with Planning department regarding planned volumes for inbound and outbound
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with internal and customer standards;
• Oversee the slot management tool and plan daily loading/unloading capacities in collaboration with the warehouse team;
• Monitor freight invoice auditing using internal system to verify invoicing according to transport orders released and ensure cost accuracy and compliance with contracts;
• Identify optimization opportunities in transport routes, transport processes, taking proactive action to drive improvement.
• Communicate with custom clearance broker to provide needed documentation for customs clearance of goods (inbound and outbound).
