Principalele responsabilități:

  • Intreprinde actiunile necesare in vederea alinierii permanente a ofertei comerciale la piata, in vederea atingerii obiectivelor de business ale bancii si a adresarii cererii de pe piata, precum si pentru a pastra competitivitatea acestora
  • Proiectarea, dezvoltarea, implementarea si administrarea produselor de carduri,tinand cont de piata locala, pentru ca aceste produse sa fie eficiente, distinctive si competitive
  • Coordoneaza crearea si implementarea initiativelor aferente produselor gestionate in vederea realizarii planului comercial
  • Defineste strategia de pret pentru produsele gestionate, in linie cu evolutia pietei si strategia bancii,
  • Mentine relatiile profesionale cu organizatiile de carduri (Visa International si MasterCard) si initiaza proiecte comune cu acestea,urmarind implementarea acestora
  • Elaboreaza studii de piata si portofoliu pentru a se asigura de competitivitatea produselor gestionate
  • Mentine relatia cu partenerii externi si desfasoara activitatile necesare realizarii si monitorizarii campaniilor pentru utilizarea/vanzarea cardurilor in colaborare cu structurile organizatorice responsabile
  • Imbunatateste constant materialele suport, cum ar fi materiale de training, materiale comerciale, cat si documentele interne aflate in admnistrare
  • Asigura indeplinirea obiectivelor strategice de volume si profitabilitate, precum si a obiectivelor calitative stabilite pentru categoriile de clienti si produsele si serviciile aflate in administrare
  • Contribuie, impreuna cu structurile responsabile ale bancii, la dezvoltarea planurilor de formare/ dezvoltare tehnica / de specialitate a angajatilor din cadrul sediilor secundare, implicati in vanzarea produselor;
  • Contribuie la dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiei digitale a bancii, in scopul includerii produselor de tip emitere carduri in fluxurile digitale
  • Implementeaza impreuna cu ariile relevante planurile de comunicare la nivel intern/extern specifice produselor de tip emitere carduri
  • Desfasoara activitati de suport vanzari si dezvoltari business pentru carduri
  • Initiaza cu ariile relevante designul, dezvoltarea si implementarea de campanii specifice fiecarui profil relevant de clienti
  • Propune, incheie si monitorizeaza acorduri privind nivelul serviciilor cu partenerii, acolo unde e cazul

Condiții minime de eligibilitate:

  • Absolvent cu studii superioare
  • Minim 3 ani de experienta profesionala in domeniu bancar
  • Cunoasterea legislatiei bancare specifice segmentului si a produselor aflate in admnistrare
  • Fluent limba engleza, scris si vorbit
  • Abilitati si experienta comerciala, admnistrare proiecte
