Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer located in Romania (Suceava). The Senior Site Engineer will oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising construction workers and subcontractors, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, and controlling project costs. The Senior Site Engineer will also be involved in budgeting, procurement of materials, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience in managing teams
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control
• In-depth knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in concrete construction of industrial buildings
• Experience in large-scale construction projects is beneficial
• Strong command of English (knowledge of Romanian is an advantage)
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Romania
