Apply to find out more. About you: You will be an experienced IT professional with management experience who knows how to lead a team of consultants and project managers. You'll be focused on excellent project delivery, customer service and driving a high utilisation, high performance culture. With good commercial awareness you'll be able to help create new opportunities for services revenue, create efficiencies though automation and digital onboarding. As a leader within professional services you'll act as a project sponsor and escalation route for your teams projects. Day-to-day, you will: Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, coach, and support a team of software delivery consultants and project managers, setting objectives, resolving issues, managing escalations, and serving as the primary point of contact for team members. Operational & Financial Management: Forecast and manage team revenue, approve expenses and leave requests, oversee equipment purchases, and optimise scheduling and project delivery to ensure efficient resource utilisation. Project Oversight & Governance: Act as project sponsor, manage escalations, support churn reduction, and drive the generation of self-initiated service orders within the team. Strategic Contribution & Representation: Participate in consultant manager meetings, contribute to go-to-market activities, introduce new services (e.g., flightpaths), and represent professional services in cross-functional initiatives. Your skills and experiences might also include: Technical & Domain Expertise: Strong proficiency in MS Office, with a solid understanding of IT terminology, implementation methodologies, and product/domain knowledge across one or more of our solutions. Project & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in project delivery and/or project management, supported by strong analytical and reporting capabilities, and a good level of commercial awareness. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across regional and global teams, with sound judgement and the confidence to take a stand when necessary. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a high degree of self-awareness and the ability to build strong working relationships across diverse teams.
