THE RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to) :

The PV Engineer provides support to the Commercial, Project and Operations teams in the development of photovoltaic solution proposals for Romania, and researches new technical solutions to offer the clients.

Their key accountabilities are :

  • Contributes to the technical definition of projects at each stage, acting as an intermediary between all parties involved.
  • Provides research and insight on all new innovative projects within the organization, allowing for client relationship development, personal growth and increased organizational reputation.
  • Conducts analysis on the implementation of photovoltaic solutions, including feasibility, cost estimation and implementation studies as well as client relationship development in pre-sales activities.
  • Provides technical studiesto support budgeting in line with business plans and analysis of supply proposals as well as production analysis and optimization of current plants and services.
  • Develops technical and specific documents to public and private tenders.
  • Supports the design, implementation, tendering, connection and commissioning phases of PV engineering projects, through the development of technical elements.
  • Ensures the analysis, production and optimization of the photovoltaic plants, developing new analytical tools when necessary.
  • Develops technical and regulatory benchmarking of the sector, ensuring that Helexia's solutions are attractive in the market.
  • Supports organizational partnerships and subcontractors in the completion of project activities.
  • Follows up and performs corrective actions and improvement opportunities when applicable.
  • Understands the structure and content of the QMS, as well as its applicability and functions assigned, ensuring all activities are in accordance with the procedures defined within its scope, contributing to the fulfillment of policies and the overall organizational performance.
  • Ensures compliance with Helexia's best practices and policies, providing necessary corrective measures and actions where possible within the defined scope of the role.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Energy based engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role is required.
  • Specialized PV Technical knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in Romanian and English.
  • Knowledge or experience with simulation software (PVsyst,…)
  • Technical drawing, modeling and 3D visualsimulation understanding, buildingand running.
