The Mission

Act as a senior software engineer by delivering high quality results in your squad and providing technical guidance working with technologies like: Java, Python, Fast API, Cloudera and Apache NiFi, Apache Kafka, Oracle Eadata, Azure Azure DevOps, IBM DataStage and IBM InfoSphere.

Your day to day

• Create scalable software platforms and applications that are unit tested, code reviewed and checked regularly for continuous integration.
• Design user eperience for aself-service applications
• Contribute to the strategy and lifecycle management of the net generation data management platform
• Analyze risks, issues and other data in supporting teams reaching actionable decisions. Create and manage plans to mitigate risks for all projects in your Squad
• Safeguard usage of Agile - Scrum principles in day-to-day work of the team

What you'll bring to the team

• Ecellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to be able to align with various stakeholders on various levels
• The ability to innovate, engineer and productize software applications
• Good knowledge in Java or Python development
• Good knowledge of any big data technology and architecture is considered relevant
• In depth knowledge of database concepts and database designs
• In depth knowledge of data warehouse & data lake concepts, data streaming, data integration, ETL processes and tools
• Good knowledge with Linu operating system or other Uni systems.
• Up to date with the latest industry standards and trends in the area of Data Management
• Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements (eg. Security, High Availability)
• Understanding of Agile – Scrum methodology is considered a plus
• Ecellent written and spoken English skills
