Colectarea, centralizarea și analiza datelor din procesele de calitate (intern și extern)

Monitorizarea indicatorilor de performanță (ex: PPM, reclamatii client, audit score)

Sprijin în identificarea tendințelor și cauzelor principale ale neconformităților

Pregătirea de rapoarte periodice și prezentări pentru echipele interne și pentru clienți

Suport în implementarea acțiunilor corective și preventive (inclusiv follow-up)

Colaborare cu echipele de producție, inginerie, customer quality și logistică

Cerințe:

Studii superioare finalizate sau în curs

Cunoștințe bune de MS Office

Capacitate analitică dezvoltată și atenție la detalii

Limba engleză – nivel avansat (comunicare scrisă și orală)

Cunoștințele de bază în domeniul calității reprezintă un avantaj (ISO/IATF 16949, 8D, 5Why, FMEA, CoreTools)

Disponibilitate de a învăța și de a lucra într-un mediu dinamic

Cunoștințe SAP reprezintă un avantaj

Capacitate organizatorică, abilitatea de a stabili priorități, abilități de rezolvare a problemelor
