Job Description
- Audit of travel and expenses;
- Answering to queries from employees;
- Ensure guidance to employees in order to submit expenses in a correct way;
- Highlighting and challenging any policy violation;
- Performing daily/weekly and monthly reports;
- Answering to ad-hoc requests from the client.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in Travel and Expenses role;
- German language required - B2;
- Team player and strong client orientation;
- High detail orientation and analysis skills;
- SAP Concur knowledge is a plus.
This is a fixed-term position for 1 year.
