Căutăm un coleg creativ, precis și pasionat de arhitectură și design, care înțelege că un proiect rezidențial reușit începe de la o idee clară, dar prinde viață prin execuție impecabilă.

Cerințele tale de zi cu zi:

  • Cunoștințe, studii sau experiență în 
    Arhitectură / Design Interior
  • Bune cunoștințe de lucru în: 
    AutoCAD, Archicad, Corel Draw, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lumion sau Twinmotion
  • Înțelegere de bază a planurilor de arhitectură: 
    planuri, fațade, secțiuni
  • Noțiuni despre construcții și instalații: să poți urmări un traseu, să înțelegi ce înseamnă "pus în operă"
  • Cunoștințe de 
    limba engleză
  • Capacitatea de a respecta termene și a colabora eficient în echipă
  • Atenție la detalii, responsabilitate și inițiativă

Ce vei face:

  • Vei detalia și traduce în planșe tot ce înseamnă "viziune arhitecturală": de la balustrade și fațade, la mobilier și trasee de instalații
  • Vei colabora direct cu echipele tehnice și de șantier, pentru soluții aplicate și adaptate
  • Vei contribui la planurile existente (situație, parcări, spații verzi), dar și la cele care definesc un proiect: schițe de apartamente, spații comune, amenajări exterioare
  • Vei ține legătura cu furnizori și parteneri, cu ochiul format pe detalii și celălalt pe eficiență
  • Vei învăța continuu și, dacă vii cu propuneri și soluții, ai tot sprijinul să le vezi implementate
