dedicat, care să contribuie activ la dezvoltarea de produse valoroase și relevante pentru clienții noștri

Care sunt responsabilitățile?

  • Definirea și prioritizarea cerințelor de produs și a backlog-ului.
  • Colaborarea strânsă cu echipele de dezvoltare pentru a livra produse de înaltă calitate.
  • Gestionarea riscurilor și adaptarea rapidă la schimbări și feedback din piață.
  • Monitorizarea constantă a performanței produsului.
  • Reprezentarea intereselor clientului și a utilizatorilor finali în procesul de dezvoltare.
  • Contribuția la strategia de produs și luarea deciziilor informate pe baza datelor.

Cum arata colegul ideal?

  • Studii superioare, preferabil într-un domeniu tehnic/IT.
  • Experiență relevantă de minim 3 ani în industrie IT sau management de produs.
  • Cunoștințe solide de IT (programe, baze de date, limbaje de programare – avantaj).
  • Nivel avansat de limba engleză.
  • Abilități foarte bune de comunicare, negociere și leadership.
  • Capacitate de analiză, viziune strategică și orientare către utilizator.
