In cadrul echipei noastre, cautam un Facade Site Manager pasionat de executia sistemelor de fatada si de coordonarea proiectelor complexe in constructii civile in Bucuresti.

  • Coordoneaza lucrarile de executie pentru sisteme de fatada: pereti cortina, fatade ventilate, tamplarie din aluminiu, panouri compozite si structural glazing.
  • Asigura implementarea corecta a solutiilor tehnice, respectarea detaliilor de montaj, etansare si fixare.
  • Aplica standardele europene si reglementarile locale privind constructiile.
  • Coordoneaza subcontractorii implicati in lucrarile de fatada si monitorizeaza progresul si bugetele proiectului.
  • Utilizeaza eficient programele AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), MS Project si pachetul MS Office.
  • Comunica proactiv cu managerii de proiect si alte echipe implicate, asigurand transmiterea corecta a informatiilor privind lucrarile de pereti cortina.
  • Pregateste, elaboreaza si urmareste documentatia necesara pentru selectarea subcontractorilor, conform cerintelor proiectului.

Qualifications

  • Intelegere solida a principiilor fizicii constructiilor aplicate fatadelor (transfer termic, condens, punti termice).
  • Familiaritate cu standardele de performanta energetica si sustenabilitate (LEED, BREEAM).
  • Abilitatea de a interpreta si analiza planuri complexe si modele 3D.
  • Competente excelente de planificare, coordonare si monitorizare a activitatilor pe santier.
  • Capacitatea de a gestiona simultan mai multe activitati si de a respecta termenele-limita.
  • Excelente abilitati de comunicare si negociere cu furnizorii si partenerii de proiectare.
  • Respectarea stricta a procedurilor de sanatate si securitate in munca (HSE).
