Prin intermediul companiilor parte a grupului, E-INFRA activeaza in arii precum infrastructura energetica, de telecomunicatii si civila, fiind, de asemenea, prezent si in domenii cheie ca productia de energie si energie verde, distributia de energie si gaze naturale sau telecomunicatii. Grupul reuneste activitatile Electrogrup, Nova Power&Gas, Netcity, Direct One si Wesee, companii active in domeniul proiectelor de infrastructura energetica si de telecomunicatii. Alaturi de acestea, E-INFRA s-a dezvoltat constant si numara astazi peste 1200 de angajati.

In momentul de fata cautam un Asistent Call Center care sa se alature companiei Nova Power&Gas, parte din grupul E-INFRA.

Responsabilitati

  • Ofera suport in procesul de contractare si/sau schimbare furnizor
  • Se asigura de cunoasterea detaliata a portofolului de produse - gaze naturale si energie electrica ale companiei
  • Ofera informatii privind procesul de facturare
  • Ofera suport pentru conturile clientilor
  • Preia indexul transmis de catre client
  • Verifica si ofera informatii privind soldul clientului
  • Ofera informatii privind procesul de deconectare/reconectare in caz de neplata
  • Raspunde de actualizarea continua si procesarea in sistemul informatic a rezultatelor interactiunii cu clientii

Cerinte

  • Absolvent de studii medii/superioare
  • Cunostinte de MS Office: Outlook
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare si gestionare a relatiilor interpersonale
  • Capacitatea de a lucra eficient intr-un mediu dinamic si solicitant
  • Atent la detalii si orientat catre rezolvarea problemelor
  • Cunostinte avansate de utilizare a sistemelor informatice si aplicatiilor de birou
  • Experienta anterioara in gestionarea contractelor si asistenta clienti reprezinta un avantaj
