Ce cautam

Cautam un coleg/o colega care sa coordoneze procesul lucrarilor planificate care afecteaza serviciile si clientii Orange in conformitate cu standardele de calitate Orange Romania si SLA contractat.

Ce trebuie sa faci

  • Analizeaza conformitatea cu SLA a executiei lucrarilor programate si trimite mesajele de notificare catre clientii interni
  • Analizeaza si evalueaza impactul activitatilor programate asupra serviciilor Orange,prin utilizarea instrumentelor disponibile si cu ajutorul inginerilor de operatiuni pe servicii
  • Coordoneaza si coreleaza activitatile programate ce afecteaza serviciile ORO, din punct de vedere al impactului
  • Coordoneaza activitatile tehnice referitoare la evenimentele speciale si asigura comunicarea dintre echipele comerciale si tehnice implicate
  • Negociaza si reconciliaza fereastra de executie a actiunilor cu parteneri interni si externi

Ce trebuie sa stii

  • Cunostinte de baza ale arhitecturii de retea
  • Cunostinte de baza in telecomunicatii
  • Cunoasterea limbii engleze
  • Abilitati de coordonare (orientare catre rezultat, urmarire proactiva)
  • Eficienta in gestionarea mai multor activitati simultan
  • Planificare si organizare
  • Munca in echipa si cooperare
  • Comunicare
