RPA Developer – UiPath

Location:
EDEKA IT Romania SRL, HQ in Cluj-Napoca (Remote possible)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and deliver scalable, efficient robotic process automation (RPA) workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Build reusable components and maintain existing automation scripts.
  • Ensure automation solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Monitor and maintain deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Document technical designs (e.g., Process Design Document – PDD, Solution Design Document – SDD), workflows, and other operational documentation.
  • Stay up to date with UiPath platform updates and RPA trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
  • Experience with VB.NET, C#, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL databases, and system integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • UiPath Developer Certification.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., Azure).
  • Experience with automation of SAP processes (e.g., SAP FiCo).
