Retail Leasing Support Architect

Responsabilități
:
Vei oferi suport echipei de Leasing Retail: planuri de contracte, planuri de propunere spații comericale, alipiri, dezlipiri, reconfigurări, relocari spatii, planuri Tenant mix cu situația actuală și situația propusă, etc;
Vei realiza măsurători în teren pentru acuratețea planurilor;
Vei sprijini activitățile de planificare spații, modificări și propuneri de layout;
Pentru proiectele alocate, vei realiza planurile și documentațiile necesare, utilizând softurile specifice de proiectare.
Vei folosi standardul de masurare BOMA Retail.
Cerințe
:
Studii în arhitectură / design interior;
Cunostinte avansate de AutoCAD
Cunoștințe tehnice solide în desen și proiectare;
Atenție la detalii și simț estetic bine dezvoltat;
Experiență în proiecte comerciale / retail – un real avantaj;
Abilități bune de comunicare și colaborare interdisciplinară;
Managementul timpului și respectarea termenelor limită.
