De asemenea, constituie un avantaj certificarile CIA/ACCA;Constituie un avantaj experienta acumulata in auditarea activitatilor desfasurate in cadrul unor societati de tipul SAI, SSIF, SAFPF;Ai cunostinte solide privind procesele specifice zonei de audit intern;Ai capacitate dе analiza si sinteza ridicata, spirit dе echipa, foarte adaptabil, bine organizat;Ai initiativa si esti constant orientat spre rezultat;Manifesti aptitudini dе invatare/ asimilare peste medie, rezistenta la stress;Te caracterizeaza o atitudine deschisa si prietenoasa si esti confortabil sa comunici deschis cu ceilalti, intr-o maniera clara, concisa si convingatoare, atat verbal cat si in scris;Cunosti pachetul Microsoft Office;Ai cunostinte de limba engleza;Atunci cand trebuie, ai disponibilitate de a calatori in interes de serviciu, in special la Sediul Central de la Cluj-Napoca.Descrierea jobuluiExaminarеa obiеctivа а activitatilor dеrulаte de catre Subsidiаrele Bаncii Transilvania, cаre intra in ariа Serviciului Audit Intern Subsidiаrе, in scopul furnizarii unеi evaluari independente a managementului riscului, proceselor de fundamentare a deciziei si totodata, in cel al planificarii, programarii, organizarii, coordonarii, urmaririi si controlului indeplinirii deciziilor;Verificarea adecvarii sistemului contabil, a legalitatii, regularitatii si conformitatii operatiunilor; evaluarea modului in care sunt proiectate controalele si a functionalitatii acestora; evaluarea expunerilor la risc;Identificarea erorilor, gestiunii defectuoase si fraudelor, respectiv a riscurilor asociate;Urmarirea indeplinirii sarcinilor aferente angajamentelor de audit si trecerea angajamentului de audit prin toti pasii (definire obiectiv, colectare date, evaluare riscuri, intocmire program de lucru, aplicare proceduri de audit, intocmire si finalizare raport, urmarire implementare recomandari);Asigurarea calitatii livrabilelor misiunilor de audit;Transmiterea rapoartelor de audit catre persoanele competente;Verificarea si solutionarea obiectiunilor formulate de entitatile auditate;Contribuie la elaborarea planului de audit.
