Who You Are
You are a results-driven strategist who thrives in an AI-enabled, product-led environment. You combine strategic vision with rigorous execution discipline, are comfortable managing dozens of cross-functional projects simultaneously, and use data and AI insights to drive decisions. You are pragmatic, decisive, and excellent at aligning people, process, and product to deliver results. Your attention to detail is exceptional and working independently on focused work is what you prefer.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy implementation across our product ecosystem — including AI services, digital products, and product launches across multiple verticals.

• Own an integrated enterprise strategic roadmap: prioritize initiatives, define milestones, allocate resources, and translate executive vision into measurable outcomes.

• Manage delivery across 30–50 simultaneous projects: set targets, align cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and ensure timely, measurable impact.

• Build and maintain AI-enhanced KPI dashboards and predictive reports; run strategic reviews and lead rapid mitigation for risks and dependencies.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in strategy, strategic operations, or management consulting with proven results in fast-moving, tech-enabled organizations.

• Hands-on experience implementing strategy across product portfolios, including digital product development and product launches.

• Practical expertise with KPI frameworks and OKRs; dashboards and planning tools (Power BI, Tableau, Asana, Notion, WorkBoard) and AI-enabled analytics.

• Fluent English and available to overlap with global timezones.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in digital health, SaaS, or product-led growth environments.

• Background in management consulting or scaling strategy teams and playbooks.

Benefits

Compensation & performance bonuses

Base fee: USD $1,500–$2,500 per month (depending on experience).
Monthly performance bonus: USD $500+/mo for KPI over-performance tied to revenue growth, conversions, and engagement metrics

Payment & contractor terms

Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
