Ce vei face:

Vei ghida echipa AP în activitățile zilnice și vei susține dezvoltarea fiecărui membru;

Vei analiza și distribui sarcinile pentru o organizare eficientă;

Vei identifica soluții pentru optimizarea proceselor și implementarea de proiecte noi;

Vei asigura respectarea procedurilor interne și rezolvarea escaladărilor;

Vei urmări și analiza indicatorii de performanță (KPI) pentru a sprijini decizii bazate pe date;

Vei contribui la crearea unui mediu de lucru pozitiv, bazat pe colaborare și încredere.

Ce căutăm:

Experiență solidă în Accounts Payable și coordonarea echipelor ( 2-3 ani);

Studii economice, cunoștințe de SAP și MS Office;

Engleză fluentă;

Atenție la detalii, gândire analitică și deschidere către îmbunătățire continuă;

Empatie, comunicare clară și dorința de a inspira prin exemplu.

Se oferă un rol strategic, stabilitate și un pachet salarial corelat cu experiența;

Al 13 lea salariu;

Bonus anul, în valoare de până la 80% dintr-un salariu lunar net, acordat în funcție de atingerea obiectivelor individuale;
