Freelancer - ALM Expert (Codebeamer)

We are looking for an experienced
ALM Expert (Codebeamer)
to support our customers in the
automotive industry
with
customization, deployment, and process integration
of Codebeamer.

YOUR MISSION:

• Deploy, configure, and customize Codebeamer for customer-specific product development processes.
• Design and implement workflows for requirements, verification, risk, and change management.
• Integrate Codebeamer with engineering tools such as Windchill, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins.
• Support data migration from legacy ALM systems into Codebeamer.
• Advise customers on best practices for systems engineering, requirements management, and compliance.
• Train and support engineering teams in Codebeamer and related workflows.
• Document configurations and guidelines for standardized deployment and maintenance.

Your Experience

• University Degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronics, mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Codebeamer expert (configuration, customization, and administration)
• Strong understanding of development frameworks, tools, and standards
• Familiarity with structured development processes (V-cycle, Agile, hybrid)
• Exposure to System engineering, ISO 26262(functional safety), ISO Cybersecurity), ASPICE, or other quality and safety standards
• Hands-on experience with windchill is a strong plus
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
