Finance Trainee

We are looking for a Finance Trainee to join our team In this role, you will provide assistance to the Finance department through support activities in internal and external financial processes.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

• You will offer support in the financial audit process, prepares various reports and provides the necessary information regarding the documentation of the internal and audit team;

• Cooperates in the internal audit process

• Offers support in the monthly closing process and is responsible for the correct and timely completion of this process

• Assists in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and procedures;

• Assists in the preparation of financial reports requested by management and/or local authorities;

• Correct and timely fulfillment of duties and monitoring the fulfillment of assumed performance criteria.

• Is hierarchically responsible for compliance with the provisions of the Internal Regulations and any other legal provisions and for the proper fulfillment of the duties and tasks privileged to the position as well as the company's instructions;

• Responsible for respecting the absolute secrecy of the operations carried out by the company and for the preservation and handling of confidential documents;

• Responsible for implementing any requirements from senior management;

• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with other departments;

For this role you will need:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance & Accounting
• Experience in a similar position or in project organization, volunteer activities is a plus
• Strong English knowledge
