Junior Affiliate Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Affiliate Coordinator to support our affiliate marketing operations. This role involves direct communication with affiliates, administrative support, campaign coordination, and database management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn about the iGaming affiliate industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Email inactive affiliates to encourage re-engagement.

· Reach out to potential partners to propose collaboration opportunities with our casino.

· Send invoices to the finance department for payment processing, and record paid invoices for accounting purposes.

· Record results from individual campaigns and share them with the CRM team for engagement purposes.

· Set up campaigns and commission plans within affiliate accounts.

· Generate and provide tracking links to partners.

· Coordinate with design, marketing, content, and other teams to request and manage required assets using project management tools.

· Handle various affiliate-related administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
