As a Global Trade Compliance Manager, you will ensure global compliance with international trade regulations by leading compliance programs, overseeing product classification and trade control activities, and supporting the business globally. You will collaborate with local and regional gatekeepers to implement procedures, maintain compliance systems, and ensure consistent adherence to trade rules across all operations.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead the global MAS (Machine Automation Solution) Trade Compliance program.

  • Oversee tariff classification (HTS codes), country of origin determination, and tariff calculation processes.

  • Ensure compliance with export control, sanctions, and dual-use regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR, EU Dual-Use).

  • Cooperate with local gatekeepers to ensure alignment with global and local trade compliance requirements.

  • Manage and enhance compliance processes in Archer and other trade management systems.

  • Support the global supply chain with accurate trade information regarding origin, duties, and import/export documentation.

  • Provide training and guidance to logistics, procurement, and sales teams on trade compliance requirements.

  • Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates to company policies and procedures.

You excel at fostering collaboration with your own colleagues, other departments as well as senior management, ensuring effective implementation of Trade Compliance programs across diverse global regions and subject areas. Your track record in steering departments or groups, toward growth and operational excellence, is complemented by your reputation as a visionary person, adept at crafting and implementing strategic plans.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in international business, Law, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Trade Compliance, Global Logistics, or Supply Chain Compliance.

  • Experience with compliance tools (e.g., Archer, SAP or equivalent).

  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

  • EU Dual-Use Regulation.

  • HTS/HS Classification and Rules of Origin.

  • Sanctions and embargo compliance.

  • Italian language.
