Description Overview
Perrigo have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join the Sales team in Bucharest to support our existing and growing customer base.

Scope of the Role

• Implement of channel sales strategy in the market.
• Achieves sales and profit targets.
• Financial responsibilities: managing customer spending in line with allocated budgets, building long term activation plans with designated customers.
• Monthly detailed preparation, quarterly and yearly of sales plan for clients in portfolio, on each brand, according to the approved business plan.
• Collaborates and supports the Sales Manager on developing the sales channel strategy.
• Collaborates with Finance department for building and assuring accurate business planning and spending reports.
• Collaborates with support functions, Regulatory, Compliance, Quality, HR and all other relevant departments to assure right implementation of internal policies and regulation and local legislation and rules.
• Continuously monitors performance of the clients and implements the actions of Perrigo specific to them
• Sustain periodically business review meetings with designated customers
• Coordinates the annual negotiations with the clients, agrees to trade conditions and marketing budgets within the approved budget limit
• Manages the investments allocated to each client within the allocated budget limit.
• Adherence to procedures and ethics code of Perrigo.

Experience Required

• University degree combined with directly relevant experienced providing exceptional support for our customer/consumer base.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office competencies
• Understanding of financial KPI and P&L management
• Planning skills – advanced level.
• English spoken & written – advanced level
• B category driving license.
• Creating business solutions.
• Facilitating and implementing change.
• Influence and persuasiveness.
• Building relationships and connections.
• Proactiveness and trend setter.
• People management and inspiring others attitude.
