Your impact:

We are looking for an ERP Consultant who is eager to pursue a career in a multinational company.

You will work closely with our Global and European clients, by implementing and supporting Yardi's web-based ERP software products. You will assist them with system configuration, training, accounting, technical troubleshooting (ranging from simple to complex issues), in a role that involves a crossover between the client's business and IT.

This is a dynamic role with multiple learning opportunities. Plus, you will also have the chance to collaborate with colleagues from other Yardi offices.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What You'll Bring Along:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields is required;
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles;
• Fluency in English;
• Hands-on experience in software or business process consulting, or equivalent experience collaborating directly with customers;
• Proven ability to build trust and positively influence clients, peers, and management;
• Demonstrated experience in independently managing and resolving a wide range of client issues;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes;
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;
• Skilled at meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple priorities in fast-paced settings;
• Team player with a strong ability to build effective relationships across teams, clients, and partners;
• Willingness to travel and work at various assigned locations.

It is considered a plus:

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced accounting knowledge.

What you'll do:

• Assess client operational needs to determine initial system configuration.
• Train clients and deliver software integration, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with them
• Support data mapping, conversion, user training, and other services to ensure successful software deployment.
• Advise clients on best practices for using Yardi products effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and creating positive outcomes.
• Conduct detailed system and business process reviews (on-site when needed) to identify inefficiencies and recommend productivity improvements;
• Investigate and resolve software functionality and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with management and peers to address and resolve complex client requests.
• Document solutions and best practices to contribute to a shared knowledge base.
• Identify opportunities to expand product and service usage among existing clients.
• Recommend complementary products and services that align with each client's goals and business needs;
• Participate in special projects related to training and client support, and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
