What you'll be doing

• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders in regulated environments (banking/insurance), guiding them through compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
• Lead and support DORA-Gap projects on the Azure DevOps platform, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and alignment with regulatory standards.
• Provide consulting and project support for the implementation of network segmentation, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication measures.
• Work in direct contact with clients, translating regulatory and technical requirements into actionable recommendations and implementation steps.
• Facilitate workshops, align cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth collaboration between business and technical experts.
• Support tracking of project progress, compliance reporting, and, where applicable, leverage tools like Power BI for data visualization.
• Operate primarily remote, with occasional onsite meetings for alignment and workshops.

What you'll bring along

• Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in a software engineering-related discipline, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.
• Senior-level consulting experience in regulated environments, ideally in banking or insurance.
• Advanced Azure DevOps expertise (project setup, backlog management, reporting, compliance tracking).
• Strong background in compliance and IT/Cybersecurity consulting, preferably with knowledge of DORA or related EU regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, comfortable in client-facing discussions and workshops.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and translating business needs into clear deliverables.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus (for reporting/visualization).
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English. German would be nice to have.
