In acest rol de Product Owner vei avea oportunitatea de a lucra in echipa de Carduri din cadrul Libra. Principalul obiectiv al rolului este de a monitoriza si coordona proiectele desfasurate în cadrul bancii, de a analiza eficienta modului de lucru pe diferite procese, cu accent pe reducerea timpului și a erorilor.

Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de Product Owner este in intervalul de lei brut si lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.

Despre job

  • Esti responsabil/a cu optimizarea aplicatiilor informatice;
  • Esti responsabil/a cu stabilirea si comunicarea viziunii si strategiei de produs;
  • Propui idei de functionalitatii noi, schimbari care sa conduca la reducerea timpilor de raspuns catre clienti si la satisfactia clientului;
  • Pe baza ideilor propuse, stabilesti road-map-ul produsului si te asiguri de implementarea acestuia, cu ajutorul unei echipe Scrum;
  • Obtii feedback-ul pentru proiectele implementate direct de la clientul final;
  • Responsabil/a cu analiza si cunoasterea serviciilor similare din piata.

Despre tine

  • Ai experienta in implementarea Agile a proiectelor IT, ideal ca Product Owner (minim 3 ani);
  • Ai o capacitate excelenta de comunicare, persuasiune si sustinere a ideilor de imbunatatire;
  • Esti inovativ/a – gasesti cele mai bune solutii, esti proactiv/a, promovezi si sustii schimbarile proceselor;
  • Ai o capacitate excelenta de lucru in echipe cross-functionale, de coordonare a unei echipe si de luare a deciziilor potrivite rapid;
  • Esti absolvent(ă) de studii superioare;
  • Cunosti limba engleza;
