IT Asset Management Analyst

You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of systems management data across IT assets
• Monitoring inventory to maintain availability of necessary equipment and software
• Placing orders for IT equipment based on lifecycle rules and ServiceNow requests
• Reviewing and approving invoices for IT equipment purchases
• Tracking and reporting on purchased goods and budget expenditures
• Managing license lifecycles and renewing contracts in a timely manner
• Organizing and overseeing physical inventory of IT equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IT asset and configuration management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SNAP, Office 365, COUPA)
• Basic understanding of procurement and financial processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and technical teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in customer service and cross-functional collaboration
• Strategic thinking and ability to align IT decisions with business goals
• Proficiency in working with numbers, spreadsheets, auditing, or reporting
• Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and use visualization tools for reporting
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments
• Certifications such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), ITIL, or CompTIA IT Fundamentals (preferred but not required)
