Join our team and support international business travelers by guiding them through our online booking platform and assisting with e-invoicing and travel-related queries. If you enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and want to grow your career in the corporate travel industry, this role is for you

What you will do:

Handle inbound calls and emails from business travel clients requiring assistance with:

  • Website navigation
  • E-invoicing and documentation
  • Corporate travel booking support

Guide users step-by-step through the online booking tool, including password resets and navigation support.

Replicate bookings and escalate complex cases to Level 2 support when necessary.

Follow established travel policies and client-specific procedures.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Use internal tools, systems, and applications efficiently to resolve customer requests.

What we're looking for:

  • French language skills - advanced (written, spoken, comprehension) -
