Suntem, Next Root Hospitality Consultants, o firmă de consultanță în ospitalitate care dezvoltă proiecte pentru hoteluri, restaurante și operatori din industria HoReCa.
Căutăm o persoană organizată, comunicativă și orientată spre soluții, care să ofere suport în activitățile operaționale, administrative și de comunicare ale echipei de management.
Responsabilități:
• Organizarea și actualizarea calendarului, programărilor și agendei managerului
• Coordonarea corespondenței (email/telefon) și gestionarea comunicării cu partenerii, colaboratorii și furnizorii
• Pregătirea documentelor, materialelor, prezentărilor și rapoartelor pentru proiecte
• Suport în planificarea întâlnirilor, workshop-urilor și deplasărilor
• Follow-up pe acțiuni și termene, pentru a asigura buna desfășurare a proiectelor
• Menținerea ordinii și structurii în documente și drive-uri interne
• Activități administrative ocazionale (contracte, oferte, formulare etc.)
Cerințe:
• Experiență anterioară într-un rol similar (asistență, office management, project coordination) – constituie avantaj
• Abilități excelente de organizare, prioritizare și multitasking
• Comunicare profesionistă și clară, verbal și în scris
• Cunoștințe foarte bune de operare PC (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
• Atenție la detalii și orientare către calitate în livrarea materialelor
• Proactivitate, autonomie și capacitatea de a găsi soluții
• Limba engleză – nivel bun/avansat
• Familiaritatea cu industria HoReCa reprezintă un plus, dar nu este obligatorie
