Ce ne dorim de la tine:

Studii superioare finalizate (licență);

Experiență relevantă (min. 2 ani) în middle sau top management, de dorit în zona financiară (bănci, IFN, asigurări);

Cunoștințe solide de
vânzări, management strategic
și legislație financiară aplicabilă IFN-urilor;

Abilități avansate de comunicare, negociere și coordonare echipe;

Disponibilitate pentru
deplasări frecvente
în regiune alocata;

Spirit antreprenorial, gândire analitică și capacitate de decizie;

Constituie avantaj cunoasterea limbii engleze.

Ce vei face concret:

Vei coordona echipele și birourile din regiunea alocată;

Vei urmări performanțele de vânzări, colectare și eficiență operațională;

Vei gestiona bugete, rapoarte și relația cu autoritățile locale;

Vei contribui direct la extinderea rețelei și la creșterea portofoliului de clienți;

Vei analiza contracte cu grad ridicat de risc și te vei asigura că totul este conform reglementărilor AML/CFT/KYC.
