In order to support the
Test Engineering
department in
Satu Mare
, we are looking for a
Technological Methods Specialist
who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks

• Drive and manage technical sub-projects on the area of expertise;
• Develop test environments and test cases for all electrical (safety and functional) and mechanical systems;
• Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes;
• Ensure our products and procedures meet automotive standards (IATF, ISO, IEC, UL);
• Active support and drive on screwing technology issues: screwing programs creation (Desoutter system), parameters setup, validation at machine and process side, MFU & PFU;
• Perform Measurement system analysis;
• Develop and maintain screwing technology documentation like work instruction and technical guidelines;
• Support in development phase for tightening parameters improvement and validation;
• Collaborate in development and series project phase with internal structures inside and outside of Industrial engineering, for problem solving and continuous process and product improvement;
• Develop and elaborate technical specification requirement documents;
• Able to work in a matrix organization, building strong relationships with internal and external functions, to extend and grow self and team technical know how.

Profile

• Degree in Mechanical/Automation/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a similar area is preferible;
• Experience in automotive industry is welcome;
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem solving skills;
• Communication and presentation skills, especially in the English language is mandatory;
• Technical writing;
• Project management skill is welcome;
• Six Sigma is preferible;
• Experience in using Microsoft Office suite;
• Willingness to travel, valid driver's license.
