Overview of Key Responsibilities

o  
Collaborates with development teams
to ideate software solutions and is responsible for the development and management of well-functioning applications (new and existing ones);

o  
Participates in innovation projects
within the development team, involving collaboration at the national level and occasional international interactions;

o  
Continuously collects feedback
on the functionality and usability of internal IT systems, contributing to performance enhancements and improved application functionality;

o  
Provides technical support
by troubleshooting and resolving errors or technical issues arising during daily business;

o  
Identifies and proposes improvement solutions
to optimize internal processes and increase operational efficiency.

Key Competencies and Required Experience

o  
Proven experience as a full-stack developer
with cloud services expertise;

o  
Strong skills in
hardware-software interfacing and mobile app development;

o  
Proficiency in API integration; experience designing and implementing API's (FastAPI)

o
Solid experience with issue tracking and
Agile workflows
, including scripting, maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging;

o
Solid knowledge
of cross-platform mobile app development
(Flutter/Dart
);

o  
Experience NoSQL database and relational databases too, specifically MySQL; familiarity with MSSQL;

o  
Frontend development skills
including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular)

o  
Backend experience
using
Python
and the Django framework;

o  
Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git (
GitHub
);

o  
Fluent in English
(spoken and written); German language skills are considered a plus;

o  
Proactive and adaptable
team player with
strong communication skills
and the
ability to simplify complex topics
and
deliver results
.
