Role Description

This is a full-time role for
entrepreneurial
Franchise Owner located in Romania, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Franchise Owner will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including recruiting and training franchise staff, overseeing sales strategies, marketing and ensuring excellent customer service. The individual will also be involved in the development and execution of franchising plans to expand the business reach.

Qualifications

  • Experience in banking
  • Proven skills in Sales and Recruiting
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
