What you'll do

Your mission in this role:

Be the main point of contact for your segment in commercial launches and projects, ensuring teams are ready to go.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, align priorities, and drive process improvements.

Support Customer Operations goals by boosting efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Own your projects end-to-end — from planning to post-launch analysis — while keeping budgets in check.

Evaluate risks, propose smart solutions, and keep both internal and external customers in mind.

Collaborate, negotiate, and communicate with stakeholders across departments.

Track impact, report progress, and keep leadership in the loop.

Stay active, stay involved, and always follow Vodafone's policies and standards.

Who you are
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of Vodafone's business units and how they operate.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid financial know-how (CAPEX/OPEX) and the ability to build cost-benefit analyses.
  • A proactive mindset – you take initiative and constantly seek ways to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Great at planning and organizing, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable with change and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Passionate about driving operational excellence and boosting customer satisfaction through impactful projects.
