Your impact:
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead social media, affiliate, and on-site marketing initiatives for one of Yardi's flagship B2B SaaS products: Yardi Breeze or Yardi Elevate.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of key digital channels, from strategy to execution, and play a vital part in driving brand awareness, demand generation, and lead acquisition for our growing B2B client base.
You'll join a collaborative, high-performing marketing department of over 150 specialists working across Yardi's global product portfolio, where innovation, learning, and professional growth are encouraged.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
What you'll bring along:- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS
- Strong ability to understand complex audiences, identify their pain points, and connect them with compelling product benefits.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing social media, email marketing, and on-site campaigns for performance and engagement.
- Proven track record of using CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) for campaign automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS tools for creating and improving landing pages.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach; comfortable testing, measuring, and iterating based on data.
- Excellent collaboration skills for coordinating cross-functional projects with product, brand, and sales teams.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+), both written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms like G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and Capterra.
- Experience developing review generation strategies to increase visibility and social proof.
- Understanding of SEO and content optimization for web and listings.
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, email, and on-site) to drive brand awareness and qualified leads.
- Design and execute customer review acquisition campaigns, partnering with sales and support teams to boost participation and sentiment.
Channel Management
- Own and manage content calendars for LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring consistent, targeted messaging to B2B audiences.
- Maintain and optimize affiliate and review listings (G2, Gartner, Capterra), ensuring accuracy and alignment with product positioning.
- Partner with creative teams (designers, copywriters) to deliver impactful visuals and copy for digital campaigns.
- Manage external agencies and vendors when needed to execute initiatives effectively.
Optimizations & Reporting
- Lead on-site optimization efforts: update landing pages, test CTAs, and improve user journeys to increase engagement and lead capture.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across channels, from traffic and conversions to engagement and sentiment, and recommend optimizations.
